Your project manager walks the exterior with you, brings CertainTeed samples and a lookbook of finished projects to compare at your own table, and gives you a rough number on the spot, so you know what you're up against before we write anything up. You’re also welcome to visit our showroom located in Irmo to explore what we have to offer (opening around September 2026).
A Written Quote, Usually Within Two Days.
We email you a written quote with the work laid out so you know exactly what's being done. If you're weighing profiles or colors, or adding windows to the project, we price each option and give you a package price for the combination. Simple jobs sometimes come back the same day. There's no obligation, and you accept electronically when you're ready.
Financing or a Payment Schedule.
Financing is available with electronic signing and can be found on our financing page; your project manager sends you the application link directly. If you'd rather pay us directly, it's 50% down, and 50% at completion. We pull the permits either way so that paperwork stays off your plate. If you're in an HOA, you start the approval request, and we supply whatever they ask for: samples, our license, and proof of insurance.
Installation.
We can usually schedule standard in-stock colors within about three to four weeks pending permit approval and crew availability; special-order material takes longer, and we tell you the lead time before you sign. A hand-selected, manufacturer-trained crew does the work, and your project manager covers the exact build details with them before it starts and checks the job while it runs. If anything unexpected turns up behind the old siding, you see it and approve the fix before anyone touches it.
The Final Walk-Around.

James Hardie is a heavier fiber-cement board with a premium look and higher impact resistance, at a higher price.
