Vinyl Siding Problems We Repair
Cracks and holes:
sun-brittled vinyl, lawn-mower debris, and woodpeckers all punch through the panels. New matching panels close the gap.
Warping or buckling:
heat and over-tight nailing pull panels out of shape. Warped sections come off, and new panels go on, locked in the way the manufacturer specifies so they lie flat.

The Repair Visit.
A hand-selected, manufacturer-certified crew removes the damaged panels and installs new color-matched CertainTeed panels, and your project manager checks the finished work against the manufacturer's specs before the job is considered complete. If the wood behind a panel turns out to be damaged, work beyond what is quoted waits for your approval.

Every project manager here works under the same instruction: repair if possible, replace only if necessary. If a few new panels solve it, that's the quote you get. Replacement comes up only when the damage runs wall to wall or the siding's at the end of its life, and if that's the honest answer, you'll hear it plainly and decide from there. Nobody can see what's behind siding until a panel comes off; we've pulled siding off a house and found nothing but sheetrock behind it. So the written quote covers the scoped work, and if the panel comes off onto rot or missing sheathing, the crew stops, you look at it with your project manager, and you approve any extra work before it happens.

Rennison doesn't process insurance claims for siding. What we do provide is what your claim actually needs from a contractor: photos and documentation of the damage, and a written quote your adjuster can work from.

Do you offer emergency siding repair?
No. We work regular business hours, with no after-hours dispatch. What we can promise is speed on our end: reach out during business hours and a project manager calls you back the same day, often within minutes, to get your visit scheduled. In the meantime, photograph the damage and note the date; if a storm caused it, that documentation starts your insurance claim.
How fast can you fix my siding?
We won't promise a same-day repair, because we can't always deliver one. What we can promise is the callback: same day during business hours, with the visit scheduled on that call, around crew availability and the weather.
Will the new panels match my existing siding?
The new CertainTeed panels are matched to your current color. Vinyl does fade in the Carolina sun, though, so how close the match lands depends on the age and condition of what's on the wall. Your project manager will tell you at the assessment how close it'll be, before you decide anything.
Should I repair my vinyl siding or replace it?
The assessment settles that, and the standing instruction is repair if possible, replace only if necessary. A repair usually makes sense when the damage is localized: a cracked or warped panel, a loose section, or a patch of storm damage on siding that otherwise has life left. Replacement enters the conversation when damage runs across whole walls, the vinyl's gone brittle with age, or matching the existing siding isn't realistic. If your siding's at that point, the project manager will say so straight out, and the call is yours.
Do you warranty vinyl siding repairs?
No. We don't warranty repairs on any service, because a repair joins new material to a wall no one has opened up end to end, and we won't promise anything about what we haven't seen. We'd rather be straight about that: the price is in writing before work starts, and the assessment shows you everything we're basing it on. Full siding replacements are a different story; those carry a five-year workmanship warranty on the installation plus CertainTeed's lifetime product warranty against manufacturer defects.
