They installed a new roof on the house that we are renovating to become our business office in the future. When we had questions about anything regarding the process, they were very timely in their responses. The new roof looks great and was done according to all specifications of the contract. Rennison Roofing has made two roof repairs for me this year. Most recently they repaired some rotted decking and then replaced the roof over a screen porch. They made the process very easy! The pricing was very fair, they stayed in touch to let me know of their schedule and I always felt they wanted to do their best for me. Their crew, who completed the work, did an outstanding job in severe heat. They were very professional, extremely careful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was cleaned up nicely. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them!!

I am blown away by the professionalism and courtesy shown to us by Rennison Roofing and Exteriors. We needed a soffit rebuilt because of a poor job done by a local pest control company. We also had 8 inches of space where our chimney had leaned away from the roof. We were also able to bundle in a gutter guard system, and within 2 days we were completely set up with a new roof and no more squirrels in the attic!!

My experience with Lloyd and the Rennison roofing crew was great. They removed two layers of shingles, fixed a small leak and installed an entire roof on our home in one day!
